My son got this helicopter for Christmas. Unfortunately, it stopped flying after just a few days, it takes off and then immediately crashes again because its balance seems to be disturbed. He somehow can't balance himself any more. What could be the reason for this? Any tips for repair? Or can we exchange the helicopter?

My godchild left all the other presents on her birthday and only flew after 5 minutes (7 years old). But now the charging cable is broken and the sadness is great :(. Is it available as a spare part? I can only find it in Austria right now.

Can you fly the helicopter outdoors or is it only suitable for indoor use?

The helicopter can basically be used outdoors, but it should be windless. I think the helicopter is meant for indoor use.
