try Tear-Aid or the multi-component set from Yachtikon. You can get everything from a fishing or boat specialist. The Intex, Bestway etc. All of them are useless in the long run.
We have been able to get 4 people on the float comfortably.
I think 2 is best though for a safety point of view.
