Here it says "minimum age 2" and on the product (ordered here and delivered today) it now says "from 3 years because of small parts". What now? I had flirted with the more expensive Playmobil Aqua, which also says "from 2 years old".

What is more important is that it has small parts. I think the age of two or three is less important - a child can swallow a small part even at the age of four. You could, for example, remove the small parts. Alternatively, you can send the product back unopened.
