The artwork, created as part of a collaboration between the Pokémon Center and the Van Gogh Museum Amsterdam, combines Van Gogh's unique vision with the fantasy of Pokémon. Vincent van Gogh's "The Bedroom" from 1888 serves as the inspiration for this piece. In celebration of Vincent van Gogh's 170th birthday and the 50th anniversary of the Van Gogh Museum Amsterdam, The Pokémon Company International and the Van Gogh Museum Amsterdam have worked together to reinterpret the artist's paintings.
