Discover the art of growing tulips with Windmill Valley. At the end of the 19th century, the Netherlands was home to more than 9,000 windmills, some ingeniously designed to drain low-lying areas known as polders. These landscapes are adorned with fields of colorful tulips, once at the heart of the first financial bubble, and now essential to Dutch décor, notably on the famous Bloemen Road, also known as the "Flower Route."

In Windmill Valley, a captivating board game inspired by the Bloemen Road, up to four players take on the role of tulip growers and entrepreneurs. You'll need to build and improve your windmills, source and plant new tulip bulbs, and take advantage of hired help and lucrative contracts to gain the upper hand.

On each turn, players select their actions by spinning the wheels on their windmill board. Possible actions include:

• Upgrading the wheels with additions to strengthen your game engine
• Planting tulips in your fields to accumulate victory points at the end of the game
• Building windmills on the main board to activate bonuses in neighboring fields
• Hiring assistants to provide bonuses for specific actions
• Signing contracts to maximize your final score
