Piko N-E locomotive BR 101 DB AG Ep.VI, DC

In the implementation of the series 101 at a scale of 1:160, PIKO has perfectly captured the external design of the three-phase locomotive. Details such as the single-arm pantographs of type DSA 350 have been intricately reproduced. The sharply engraved bogies behind the deeply drawn skirts complete the visual impression of the locomotive excellently. A powerful central motor provides the drive in the model. Two brass flywheels on the motor shaft ensure excellent smooth running. For good traction, the locomotive also has two diagonally arranged wheels equipped with traction tires. Thanks to the modern Next18 interface, a digital decoder can be easily added.
