Translating a striking prototype vehicle like the BR 194 into the H0 scale is always a challenge. The PIKO designers have accomplished this feat with great success. The result is a model that excellently represents the overall appearance and characteristics of the E 94/BR 194 in a scale of 1:87. Thanks to a tailpiece guide between the motor cabins and the bridge frame, the model sits firmly on the track while remaining very agile. The central motor with two flywheels ensures a smooth operation, and the traction is enhanced by two diagonally arranged traction tires. In combination with a digital decoder, many prototype-accurate light functions can be activated, among which the starting lights below the driver's cab windows hold a special significance. The sound variant comes equipped with a PSD XP 5.1 S sound decoder of the latest generation. Another highlight of the BR 194 is the PIKO TrainSound® onboard.
