In Discordia, you lead and develop your Roman city along the Rhine by building farms, barracks, towers, ports, and markets. Deploy your sailors, soldiers, merchants, and farmers profitably, but you must always act cautiously to ensure your city neither grows too quickly nor too slowly. Will you be the governor of the best-developed city at the end of the fourth year, or can you even impress the empress beforehand and win the game early?

What has changed compared to the first edition of Discordia: Full double-layer player boards, a game board ready to play, so no more preparation is needed. Additionally, the box includes an insert where all the tiles can be organized for quicker setup and immediate gameplay. Furthermore, there are not only two separate rule sets (DE + EN), but these have also been completely revised (errors corrected and readability improved).
