Royal Banquet, September 1256: Despite the lavish food, the tense atmosphere in the banquet hall is palpable. Numerous guests have responded to the invitation for the mourning ceremony of the deceased queen. Now they wait to hear what the grieving king will say – after all, he is now without an heir! Many present sense an opportunity. When the experienced king finally stands up, an expectant silence falls. He raises his goblet and lets his sharp gaze sweep over the guests. “Only a few of you are here to mourn my beloved wife with me,” the king begins, taking a sip from the goblet. Suddenly, he starts to cough and clutches his throat. He collapses, spilling food to the ground. A murmur spreads through the crowd, and commands are shouted in a frenzy. The king is hurriedly carried out of the hall. Minutes of shock ensue. Then the royal physician enters the hall and announces: “The king is dead!”

In Undo – Long Live the King, the goal is not to solve the crime or identify a murderer. Instead, players must travel through the king's past as disembodied fate weavers to prevent his death. Each time jump brings a consequential decision that ultimately determines whether the king lives or dies. Will the players succeed in changing fate and preventing his death?
