Oz Editions Shy Monster

Shy Monsters is an asymmetrical bluffing game in which one player constructs a dungeon and the other tries to escape from it.

On one hand, the master of the dungeon successively constructs three levels on which he hides his monsters. On the other hand, the hero uses special actions and keen insight to try to escape alive.

The bluff is mainly based on the placement requirements of each monster. To lose their shyness and become menacing, each monster must be in its favorite spot: a corridor, a dead end, an intersection, etc.

The duel relies on the master of the dungeon's clever arrangement of the floors and the hero's ability to decipher the dungeon.

With only 15 pieces and one character, Shy Monsters follows the trend of minimalist Japanese games: a small box with maximum possibilities.
