Play your cards for your power or construct the most influential royal cities, but be careful to do so without declaring disaster if you want to become the new sovereign! To govern, you must be able to understand and manage the six provinces. United, they formed an exceptional kingdom. You are a builder of cities; is your reputation sufficient to unite them anew? Use your cards to build your cities and guarantee your majorities or to declare your power and change the situation. Cités Royales is played in four rounds. Each round corresponds to one season. At the end of each season, the players construct their cities based on the cards they have collected during the season. The most influential player wins prestige points. However, the cards are also used to perform actions that can bring the game back. You must optimize their use according to your strategy and your position on the prestige track, so be attentive to the choices of your opponents to build your cities with confidence and astuteness!.
