Instructions for use
Use the Epic Ink Liner from NYX Professional Makeup to draw a line along the upper and lower lash line. The intensity and thickness can be built up and blended as desired. Then apply the On the Rise Liftscara to the base of the lashes and apply to the tips using light zig-zag movements. Add an additional layer if required. Then apply the desired eyeshadow colour to the movable eyelid and the area below the brows using your fingertips or a special brush and blend.
