Since 2010, NOCH has been producing its model trees in its own factory in Vietnam. The trees are lovingly handcrafted there. This has made it possible to further enhance the quality of the renowned PROFI trees.

The trunks of the trees are meticulously hand-painted in a matte finish, ensuring no shiny plastic surfaces are visible. To give the tree more volume, a fine webbing is incorporated into the branches before flocking. The high-quality NOCH foliage is used as flocking material. This specially ground and intricately colored material resembles the shape and color of the leaves of the original trees. Just like in nature, only the fine branches of the NOCH model trees bear leaves, while the thick branches are carefully left bare during the intricate flocking process.
