Shunters at Work

Shunters are also referred to as shunting assistants or movers. They couple or uncouple vehicles, secure parked vehicles with wheel chocks, and operate switches. They hold uncoupled railway cars in place with brake shoes and monitor the track. The model figures wear the typical orange safety clothing and red helmets. All figures assume typical working poses. This set is perfect for realistically decorating train stations and railway depots on model railway layouts. Our set includes six hand-painted shunters for scale H0 (1:87 scale, approximately 2 cm tall).
