The new powered short coupling head is specifically designed for newly constructed vehicles with a prototype-appropriate lower buffer beam and thus a reduced buffer height from the top of the rails (according to NEM 303), to ensure the necessary swinging of the short coupling system below the buffer plates. Contents: 10 powered short coupling heads. For installation in vehicles with standard coupling mount (NEM 362) and sliding guide, as well as in vehicles with a lower buffer height according to NEM 303.
