Model: The locomotive has a die-cast zinc frame and body with many separately applied brass centrifugally cast parts. It features an mfx digital decoder with up to 32 functions, built-in current buffers, controlled high-efficiency propulsion, and extensive sound functions such as running sound, fan, locomotive whistle, multi-stop announcement, station announcement, background noises at the station, and more. Operation with alternating current, direct current, Märklin Digital, and DCC is possible. High-performance motors drive all axles. The pantographs can be raised and lowered by motor in digital operation. White LED headlights change with the direction of travel and can be controlled digitally, while white LED lighting in the cabs depends on the direction of travel. Engine room lighting can be switched. Swiss headlights change from red to white, and the wrong way signal at the front can be controlled separately. Engineer's cab doors can be opened, featuring interior details and a built-in engineer figure. Metal grab irons and many other separately applied details such as signs, windscreen wipers, and whistle are included. Buffer beams have spring buffers and separately applied brake lines. Remote-controlled Telex couplers are installed as standard at the rear, with screw couplers at the front, and each can be exchanged for the other type of coupler (included).
