Product details
The C 32 carriage of the LD - that is, the Landquart-Davos-Bahn - is the oldest vehicle of the Rhaetian Railway. It was built in 1889, the first founding year of the railway company. At that time, it already bore the number 32; later, it was used under various operating numbers with the RhB until it ended its career as a passenger car in 1940 and was converted into a workshop car for construction services. Between 1996 and 1999, it was restored to its original condition and subsequently operated as C 2012 alongside other historical cars. Since 2019, it has been running again in its original livery and with its first number C 32. This model represents a 3rd class passenger car of the RhB, designed in the green color scheme of the former Landquart-Davos-Bahn, just as the car is currently used as a museum car by the RhB. It features authentic coloring and lettering, a fully replicated interior, and includes destination signs. Metal spoke wheelsets. Length over buffers: 45 cm.
