Product details
With the LEGO Architecture set "Trafalgar Square" (21045), you can capture the essence of a historic landmark in London. The square was named in honor of Admiral Horatio Nelson after his naval victory over Napoleon in 1805 and has since become a popular tourist attraction and a favored venue for political and social events. The detailed LEGO interpretation features the National Gallery with its famous dome and columned facade, Nelson's Column (guarded by four lions), the two fountains of the square, and the four statue pedestals. You can remove sections from the back of the National Gallery to access a detailed interior with a buildable statue and paintings. Tree-lined borders, ornate lanterns, two London buses, two black cabs, and a baseplate covered with tiles representing the square and surrounding streets complete the model. The collectible set is finished with a decorative nameplate. It offers a pleasant and rewarding building experience for anyone interested in travel, architecture, history, and design, and can adorn any living room or office as a showcase piece.
