Ultra Agents, red alert! The supervillain Psyclone is sending ominous storms to Astor City, spreading fear and terror. Only together can you stop him! Psyclone's transformable aircraft features massive rotor blades that can create enormous tornadoes. The fearsome vehicle is also equipped with quad laser cannons and automatic rocket launchers. Activate the flight mode of Agent Caila Phoenix's futuristic motorcycle by folding the wheels up, and use the dual shooters for defense. Agent Jack Fury arrives with his jetpack and a large plasma cannon for backup. But beware! Psyclone's aircraft can quickly transform into a gigantic robot that looks just like the supervillain himself... only much, much bigger!
