Learning Resources Programmable space rover

The "Programmable Space Rover" activity set from Learning Resources invites young explorers aged 4 and up to embark on a fascinating journey through the basics of programming. With a user interface that requires no computer, children learn to create logical sequences of commands to send the included rover and astronaut on exciting missions. The 20 programming cards included provide visual support for route planning, and the goal of each mission is to collect the magnetic space rock and safely return to the base station.
