However, recently there have been increasing signs that mortals no longer see them as just fiction. The fascinating world of vampires is on the brink of collapse if humans can prove their existence. Minni Harkort, the vampire princess of London, has invited the city's vampires to deliver an important message and to celebrate a grand feast. But only ashes are found where the host once stood - the princess has been destroyed! One thing is certain: not only humans, but also old feuds and new intrigues threaten the secret undead lives of all children of the night.
