Invite friends, assign roles, and celebrate a fun and thrilling murder mystery dinner party. Edith, Bernd, and Paul have shared a close friendship since their university days. Together, they expanded the Stettenwerke, which Paul took over from his parents 49 years ago, into a successful engineering company. Their shared life journey has fatefully bonded the three friends.

Half a year ago, Paul sold his company. To spend his retirement in style and with all the comforts, he has moved into a luxurious senior residence along with Edith, Bernd, and their spouses. The five companions have since occupied their own wing on the first floor of a historic building complex. Two personal caregivers lovingly attend to their well-being.

However, this afternoon, Paul was found lifeless in his bed. While deaths are common in a senior residence, a potentially unnatural passing would mean significant reputational damage for the facility. Therefore, the management is determined to resolve the matter discreetly and internally.
