Product details
MAX Marine P357 Outrunner Brushless Motor
The MAX Marine motor series has been specifically designed for model ships. With the fan function for additional air cooling, these motors do not require water cooling. Thanks to the included mounting bracket, the motors can generally be used as a direct replacement for the brushed motors MAX Speed 500 to MAX Power 900 without further modifications.
The MAX Marine P357 brushless motor, with its 1250 revolutions per volt, is ideal for faster models. For example, we recommend this motor for our superyacht San Diego, which uses two motors. When using our semi-submersible propellers with a diameter of 42 mm and a 3S LiPo battery (nominal voltage 11.1 V), a 30A speed controller is sufficient. If you push the motor to its full performance, a speed controller with a capacity of at least 60A is advisable.
