Kosmos Globe day and night

In daylight, the children's globe from Kosmos features a detailed and lovingly illustrated map of the Earth. With a glance, one can recognize country borders, mountain ranges, and rivers. The accompanying booklet also contains exciting information about the Earth's superlatives, such as the highest mountains, longest rivers, coldest regions, and much more. However, the real surprise reveals itself in the dark. When the internal lighting is turned on, a map appears showing the most important celestial bodies and constellations, providing an initial overview of the night sky. In the booklet, children learn about the backgrounds of the constellations and receive tips on how to spot them in the night sky.
