Prototype data: This newly developed gravel processing machine from Plasser & Theurer features two drive types - electric and diesel-electric (hybrid) - powered by a 600 kW diesel engine for electricity generation. The drive motors and hydraulics are always electrically powered. The electric drive enables a maintenance-friendly operation that is low in noise and emissions (CO2-reduced). The forward-looking design primarily follows functionality and occupational safety. The model is largely replicated from the prototype in both design and function. The finished model is a completely new form and is derived from the Viessmann functional model Art. 2670. It is a very high-quality and decorative model, equipped with metal wheel sets and a zinc die-cast chassis, providing excellent rolling properties.
