KERN Transmitted Light Microscope OBT

The OBT-1 series consists of high-quality school microscopes that stand out due to their user-friendly controls, robustness, and modern design. The continuously dimmable 1W LED ensures optimal illumination of the specimens and a long lifespan. Mobile use is also possible with optional battery operation.

The simple 0.65 condenser lens with adjustable aperture of the OBT 101 provides optimal light focusing and illumination of the sample. The models OBT 102 - OBT 106 feature a height-adjustable and thus focusable 1.25 Abbe condenser with aperture, which ensures optimal light concentration.

Focusing on the object is achieved for all models through dual coarse and fine adjustment. Quick operation and movement of the specimen is facilitated by a mechanical stage (for models OBT 103 - OBT 106). A wide selection of different eyepieces and objectives is also available. A dust cover and an operating manual are included in the delivery.
