Kaleidos is a convivial game of observation. It can be played individually or in teams of 2 or 3 players, who are invited to reproduce different objects hidden within six original tableaux. Players choose an illustration from the six available tableaux, then return a "Lettre" card and a scribble that lasts for about a minute.

They must then reproduce in the illustration the maximum number of words possible that correspond to the initial letter on the returned card. Players note down the words they have found and then repeat their lists one more time. The game then proceeds to the scoring phase. Words proposed by multiple players are worth 1 point, while words proposed by a single participant are worth 3 points. After scoring, a new round begins.

Players choose a new illustration and draw a "Lettre" card. A game consists of 10 rounds. The winner is the player with the most points at the end of the final round.
