If you think that marble runs are just for kids, you will be pleasantly surprised here. The Star Coaster is a brilliant, spectacular marble roller coaster with outrageous descents over breathtaking steep tracks, through loops, and rapid curves. It presents a serious challenge for young and adult tinkering fans, whose hearts are guaranteed to race. Available in various levels with different sizes and degrees of difficulty, the sophisticated system consists of a base plate on which a demanding marble run is constructed using metal elements, flexible plastic tubes, switches, seesaws, and rotating arms, allowing the included metal marbles to race down at breathtaking speeds. The challenge, size, and complexity of the marble runs increase with each level. The absolute highlight: after a thrilling descent, the marble lands in a battery-operated elevator that brings the marbles back up to their starting positions—ready for the next descent. The assembly itself is both a challenge and immense fun: it can take anywhere from several hours to several days, depending on the level. For level 9, we recommend an academic degree—preferably with a doctorate! Includes a detailed and illustrated assembly instruction manual in both German and English.
