InPatience Sfynx

Every 25 moons, the mysterious Sfynx opens a portal to their sunken city, but only those adventurers who can solve nine riddles before the key hydra empties will gain access to its vanished splendors and forgotten knowledge. Are you up to the challenge?

Game principle:
Sfynx is played on a square of 5x5 tiles called the Antechamber. To solve a puzzle card, the positions of the tiles in the Antechamber must correspond to patterns on the puzzle cards, either horizontally from left to right or vertically from top to bottom.

Sfynx tiles are wildcards and can replace any tile unless specifically prohibited by the Riddle card.

On your turn, you have 3 actions: two basic actions and one special action.

The basic actions are Restore and Exchange:

• Restore lets you flip a tile from its cursed (black) side to its restored side (only restored tiles can validate a Riddle card).
• Exchange: swap the position of two orthogonally adjacent tiles.

Special actions are more powerful than basic actions but are not always available. At the end of your turn, you must reveal the token at the top of the Clepsydra board. This token represents the intervention of the Sfynx, who will often complicate your task. Solve all 9 puzzles before you reach the end of the Clepsydra board!
