The Menace, a polymorphous entity, is determined to destroy the world of dreams. Only the ever-changing fortress can stop him. Build this majestic fortress and, with the powers of your intrepid defenders, transform it to resist the multiple avatars of the Menace.

To win the game, you must build a castle that can withstand three challenges. Each turn, you draw a tile and face the following dilemma: put it down to build your castle or discard it to trigger a beneficial power that will help you improve your construction. Traitors have infiltrated the defenders; when you have drawn a certain number of these Traitor tiles, it is time for the test.

You must then check whether you have succeeded in building the defensive formations that will allow you to overcome the test.

The Castellion rulebook is divided into three chapters:

• The School of Architects will instruct you in the basic rules of tile laying.

• The Admirals' Academy introduces the powers of these tiles and the central dilemma of the game: lay to build the castle or discard to benefit from the effect.

• Finally, The Menace will put your building skills to the test, with an enemy more formidable than ever.
