This great, supple modelling clay is made on an ecological basis and is ideally suited for creative handicraft work with children from the age of 4. Figures, homemade pendants, and various decorations are very trendy and can be easily shaped and designed with this salt dough mixture. Children and adults have lots of fun, and a sense of achievement is guaranteed. Perfect for schools, children's birthday parties, or as a gift idea.

The salt dough mixture, which is ecologically produced on a natural basis, is only mixed with water and is then ready for use.

This material is also considered a learning product because models such as rolls and pretzels, which are well suited for a shop, can be made in a playful way. Alternatively, simple figures can be modelled from this modelling clay, such as mice, hedgehogs, caterpillars, birds, and ducks. Advanced modellers use it to make small fantasy figures such as dwarfs, snowmen, beetles, and butterflies. This is also easy because small faces can be modelled to create these parts.

Mixing ratio: 1 part water and 3 parts salt dough mixture. Both components must be mixed carefully and then kneaded. The finished salt dough can be modelled immediately, which is particularly advantageous in kindergartens and schools since the dough can be worked with right after mixing and kneading.

Salino salt dough hardens in the air within 6 to 10 hours, depending on the thickness of the moulded parts. If you want it to harden faster, you can bake them in the oven at a temperature of 80°C for 30 minutes. The oven heat gives them a light browning that looks good, similar to a patina.

The models are hygroscopic, meaning the salt they contain attracts moisture present in the home and softens again.
