Hobbytrain Zugspitzbahn Supplement 2-piece Set of Passenger Cars, Era V, H0 / 16.5mm. The Bavarian Zugspitzbahn of the Bavarian Zugspitzbahn Mountain Railway AG is one of the oldest mountain railways in Germany, alongside the Wendelsteinbahn. The route runs from Garmisch-Partenkirchen directly to the Zugspitze, the highest mountain in Germany. The journey begins with the valley railway between Garmisch-Partenkirchen and Grainau, from where the steep section continues to the Zugspitze as a cogwheel railway. Currently, the valley locomotives 1 and 4 and the 4-axle passenger cars are still in operation.
