Hacker Para-RC notching device for high launch set

The release mechanism complements the high launch device in that the ring on the long nylon cord is no longer fixed by the U-ground hook, but instead is locked into the release carabiner. The release mechanism itself is held in position with the U-ground hook (included in the high launch set).
