Damn it - really terrible offers many quirky and embarrassing scenarios where players must decide which one is worse. The misery index is used to evaluate which situation causes more misery. The game can be played independently or combined with Damn it. The player who correctly rates the most cards wins.

If the player is correct, they get to keep the card; otherwise, it's the next player's turn. The game ends when a player has collected 10 cards, thus emerging as the winner.
