Gmade Komodo Double Cab TS

The GS02 frame is designed to resemble the chassis of a real car. The frame material consists of high-strength steel, C-channel side rails, and is bolted together with hex keys and cross members, making it resistant to twisting or warping. Additionally, the steel parts are coated with black powder to prevent rust. The GS02 chassis allows for three types of easy wheelbase adjustments to accommodate builds of 300, 313, and 324 mm. The weight distribution of the Komodo double cab is designed to be positioned at the front of the vehicle. This increases tire traction on the front wheel, enabling better crawling on steep rocks and improved climbing performance while minimizing the risk of the vehicle tipping over during ascents.

The steering of the Komodo double cab vehicle is equipped with a steering servo mounted on the frame, similar to a real 1:1 car. The steering is designed to be as close to neutral as possible, ensuring that the steering movement is not affected by the movements of the front suspension, which maximizes the vehicle's steering performance. Furthermore, the Panhard rod is constructed to avoid collisions with adjacent parts, allowing the front suspension and shock absorbers to move freely and without loss.
