Gewerbe-Spiel Board game LAUSANNE VD

The Gewerbe-Spiel, the new social board game fun for young and old, was developed during the first lockdown in 2020 as a family project to get everyone away from their phones for a while. It is an interesting mix of Monopoly and Chutes and Ladders. Instead of streets like in Monopoly, players buy companies from the region and own them for the duration of the game (unless they lose them again). The more companies from the same color group you own, the more expensive each space becomes for the opponent who lands on it. The game board features 27 different business spaces that can be bought, traded, auctioned, or lost. There are also 21 action spaces that create excitement, where players can win, lose, or must move forward or backward to a specific business space.
