The Deathwatch is organized into small elite companies and consists only of heroes drawn from Space Marine chapters who have vowed to dedicate a portion of their strength to the fight against the Xenos. Each member was already considered an expert in their field even before training as a Deathwatch agent began. A Space Marine of the Deathwatch wears armor painted in the darkest tones, with his chapter symbol intact as a sign of respect for the chapter that created him, and with his highly specialized kill team, he descends to the brink of destruction, where he repels all the dark dangers that confront him.
