Games Workshop Warhammer 40k - Adeptus Mechanicus Archaeopter

The Archaeopter is an agile fixed-wing aircraft that is not only a true workhorse in the toxic Martian atmosphere but has also been deployed for millennia at the forefront of the Tech-Priests' expansions on distant worlds. The pilot is a member of the Pteraxii caste, whose legs and Scapuli Superior are firmly wired to the aircraft's controls. The nanocarbon fiber fabric of the Archaeopter's wings is malleable—a trait it shares with the Pteraxii flight modules. This makes it extremely maneuverable and able to adapt to environmental pressure while bombarding the enemy with an arsenal of fearsome weapons under heavy fire.

The Archaeopter Stratoraptor is heavily armed: its arsenal includes two Cognis machine guns, two heavy phosphor blasters, and a Cognis twin laser cannon. It can also be upgraded with decoys to thwart incoming enemy fire. If you are looking for an air fighter that clears the skies of enemy aircraft and provides supporting air fire against ground targets, the Archaeopter Stratoraptor should be your aircraft of choice.

This kit can alternatively be used to build an Archaeopter Fusilave or Archaeopter Transvector, meaning you will have plenty of spare parts to make conversions in your collection.

The kit includes 94 plastic components and comes with a Citadel oval base (70 mm x 109 mm) and a ball-headed rod (15 mm) with adapter slot.
