Kipper cards in a new design: Ciro Marchetti, the creator of the popular Gilded Reverie Lenormand, has redesigned the classic Kipper oracle cards. Besides the usual 36 Kipper cards, he has designed 3 additional cards that are included in this deck. In an accompanying booklet, the artist himself, as well as the well-known Kipper experts Susanne Zitzl and Pia Schneider, explain everything for the interpretation of these cards and practical card laying. Bonus: An app that can be easily downloaded onto any smartphone or tablet shows an impressive animation for each card, truly a feast for the eyes every time! The app is free and can be downloaded from the booklet with the cards. The cards of this Fin de Siècle Kipper were not produced in Asia, but in Germany. This achieves special quality features: a more durable cardboard and a more environmentally friendly production. The German edition uses a quality playing card board and an environmentally friendly dispersion varnish. Many US card decks produced in Asia have a thick cardboard, somewhat reminiscent of a beer mat, and a thick layer of varnish. At first glance, these thick cards seem more stable, but they bump up against the edges relatively quickly and wear out more easily. In the German edition, which was produced in Germany and Italy, high-quality playing card board is used, which is thinner but more durable. When produced in Europe, cardboard is usually used that is FSC certified, which means that it protects the forests. This is usually not the case with production in Asia.
