Long ago, Pharaoh Nephren-Ka ruled over ancient Egypt. His cruelty was so great that he was erased from all records. Only the Brotherhood of the Beast knows the truth and is already working on the resurrection of the Black Pharaoh. Only you and your investigator colleagues can stop them. Travel to Egypt, explore the secrets of ancient temples and pyramids, and stop the cultists before Nephren-Ka returns and turns all of humanity into his slaves!

This expansion takes you to Egypt, where you will explore the bustling metropolises, barren desert landscapes, and mysterious excavation sites of the country using a new side game board. Eight new investigators battle against the Great Old Ones, supported by invaluable relics, powerful spells, and legendary allies such as the archaeologist Enoch Bowen and the illusionist Erich Weiss. Unforeseen wonders and horrors await you in the shadow of the pyramids.
