The set is compatible with the following Auer Packaging boxes:

The set includes:

• 2 pieces of double-size grid foam inserts, 550 mm x 345 mm x 60 mm (DS060R)
• 2 pieces of double-size grid foam inserts, 550 mm x 345 mm x 70 mm (DS070R)
• 1 piece of foam base, 550 mm x 345 mm x 20 mm (DS020B)
• 1 piece of self-adhesive convoluted foam, 540 mm x 340 mm x 20 mm (CFNP020S)

The grid in the foam allows for individual customization of the foam inserts to fit all shapes. It is ideally suited as protection for transporting various industrial goods such as medical equipment, tool components, or technical devices. The grid foam is perforated with a grid of 20 mm x 20 mm x height of the insert (60 mm or 70 mm), and features a surrounding edge.

As a base, the set includes a 20 mm thick bottom. The convoluted foam serves as a lid and is precisely cut to fit the lid of the Euro box from Auer Packaging. Since it is equipped with a self-adhesive film, no additional tools are required. You simply need to peel off the adhesive film from the foam insert and stick the self-adhesive side to the hinged lid of the Euro box. The entire set can thus be designed, customized, and used according to your personal preferences without any tools.
