The pre-perforated grid allows the foam to be individually adapted to most shapes. It is therefore excellent for protecting various industrial goods during transport, such as medical equipment, individual tool parts, or technical devices.

The grid foam is perforated with a grid size of 15 mm x 15 mm x 40 mm height. It also features a surrounding edge of 15 mm.

As a base, we use a 10 mm thick bottom that fits precisely into the recess of the boxes.

The convoluted foam serves as the top cover and is custom-cut to fit the lid of the Eurobox. Since the convoluted foam insert is equipped with a self-adhesive film, no additional tools are required. You simply need to peel off the adhesive film from the foam insert and stick the adhesive side into the hinge lid of the Eurobox. The entire set can thus be designed, adjusted, and used according to your personal preferences without any special tools.
