With the landscape segments in fleece form that perfectly conform to the terrain's unevenness, fauna and flora can be realistically represented on the layout. After removing the backing paper, the flexible, soft landscape segments can be cut to size with scissors or a craft knife, including the outer edges of the sheets, resulting in more natural transitions. Even better is to tear the segments into suitable pieces and glue them into the terrain contours with COLOFIX-FLEX. Some segments are made with transparent areas of varying density, so a corresponding, color-covering pre-treatment of the substrate is advisable, especially when segments are used extensively. This also improves adhesive bonding. Due to the base colors, all items can be easily combined with each other. Particularly beautiful effects can be achieved by cutting out individual island parts and placing them specially or by carefully plucking them.
