1. Choose two scenarios: Combine the two scenarios and ask, "What would you rather do?"
2. Choose your "Poison": Players anonymously select which "Poison" they would prefer.
3. Reveal the truth: Collect points and find out who among your friends agrees with you and who is just as crazy as you thought.

In this fun card game, you always have to choose between "the plague" or "cholera." The game mainly revolves around what you would choose between two options. "Either... or..." means everyone takes turns. The goal of the game is to create the "most poisonous" and thus most unbearable scenario to earn a point.
