Heroic Works in Aventuria

The Heroic Works Archive VII contains seven short adventures that will keep your players on the edge of their seats throughout the continent of Aventuria – for the work of a true hero is never done! This anthology includes additional material and a foreword by the respective authors for each adventure. Six of the seven adventures are from the Heroic Works series, while the seventh was written exclusively for the Ulisses Con season 2023.

Prayer to the Depths takes you to the deep south, to Cape Brabak, where secrets from long-forgotten ages await discovery in the cliffs beneath the waves. A forgotten mine has been rediscovered in the Red Crescent, and soon various voices are claiming the mining rights for themselves. Who can mediate between them?

Puppet Play takes place in southern Aventuria's Mirham, where decadent nobles, treacherous conspirators, and darkly artistic transformation mages are interested in a mysterious statuette.

Wolf's Heart brings the heroes to a village of the Nivesen, where the local shaman is dying. Her last words seem to be both a legacy and a plea for help.

The Trovere is the result of an ambitious project, namely the Aventurization of the Verdi opera Il Trovatore. Can the heroes, with the help of Rahja, outsmart the fate of a tragic love?

The Curse of the Starfish showcases the rough people of the islands off the Albernian coast. The heroes embark on a search for a missing child, and only when the sun sinks into the sea does the cruel truth come to light.

Finally, Blasphemer's Vigil tells of a joint mission of the churches of Praios and Rahja, where they must withstand wild magic and neutralize an ancient evil.
