DiamondCraft UV-Resin is a professional, diamond-clear, and extremely fast-curing one-component epoxy resin. It features excellent mechanical durability, high impact resistance, a wide range of heat and cold resistance, and a high degree of hardness. The DiamondCraft UV-Resin is particularly impressive due to its unmatched UV resistance. This one-component resin can be used immediately, without mixing with a hardener, and cures completely within minutes using a special UV lamp.

Applications: It is especially suitable for creating smaller castings such as jewelry or coasters with a maximum casting height of 20 mm. It is also ideal as a repair tool, for example, for bubbles that reappear during sanding. It is perfect for the quick, UV-resistant, impact-resistant, and heat-resistant sealing of smaller areas.

Instructions for use
Instructions for use The DiamondCraft Professional UV-Resin should be warmed up to at least 20°C before use - e.g. by a ten-minute water bath at approx. 45-60°C. A final material temperature of approx. 25°C is ideal for the best possible self-deaeration. Press DiamondCraft UV-Resin slowly out of the bottle to avoid excessive bubble formation. The maximum tested casting height is 20 mm. Caution: Store the UV resin in the original bottle and protect it from direct UV radiation. DiamondCraft Professional UV-Resin should not be mixed with solvents, as the heat generated during the curing process can cause irreparable damage to the workpiece and produce harmful gases. Depending on the UV radiation and lamp intensity, the cast object may initially appear slightly yellowish, which changes to a diamond-clear appearance after complete cooling. Time specification for the duration of use of the UV lamp: 9w-36w approx. 90-180 seconds depending on the lamp output. Various preliminary tests are often necessary, as the lamp output may deviate from the specified values depending on the manufacturer. Optionally, it is possible to cure the workpiece in daylight. Notes for opaque colours: With opaque colours, it is necessary to cast the resin in several layers and possibly also to irradiate the reverse side. The material hardens through UV radiation, which is hardly possible with opaque colours.
