The population explosion in the world's metropolises has led humanity to settle on the ocean floor. Each player develops their own underwater nation. Players gather resources for city building, transportation networks, and the necessary infrastructure that enables life underwater. By playing cards, various actions can be chosen. If the card matches the action, the player gains an additional advantage from the card itself. Sometimes, the action can be so important that the player chooses it using a mismatched card. In other cases, the advantage of the card is so tempting that the chosen action becomes secondary – as long as the card fits. Optimally utilizing these choices is the key to building a thriving underwater habitat.
