Feelings accompany us every step of the way in our lives. They help us solve our problems if we only allow them to. This game is about expressing your feelings and experiences and understanding yourself and others better. The emotion-driven and thought-provoking illustrations help clarify your own thoughts and facilitate discussions about difficult topics. The Cup-of-Therapy concept was developed by psychotherapy professionals Antti Ervasti and Elina Rehmonen and brought to life by internationally recognized illustrator and graphic designer Matti Pikkujämsä. The illustrations convey encouragement, comfort, and humor. With Cup-of-Therapy products, challenging and sensitive topics and situations are meant to be addressed.
