In Chandigarh, players take on the role of city planners tasked with building this modern city from the ground up. They will construct buildings that utilize structures created by others, employ the skills of various municipal employees, and position themselves at key locations in the city, all with the goal of realizing their chosen designs. The player with the most prestige points wins the game.
