Carrera 20027651 - Evolution Porsche 917 KH "No.43" with light

A legendary vehicle on the racetrack. The Porsche 917 KH was built in 1969 with the chassis number 917-021. Finnish drivers Gijs van Lennep and Hans Laine raced the Porsche in the Sports Car World Championship at the races in Monza and the 1000 km race at Spa-Francorchamps, which took place on May 17, 1970, finishing in eleventh and fifth places. Just thirteen days later, Hans Laine died during practice at the Nürburgring. The Porsche was one of the most successful race cars of its time in the sports car championships and continues to significantly shape Porsche's image as a sports car today.

The renowned Porsche 917 KH also lives on in slot car form. In 1:32 scale, the EVOLUTION vehicle impresses with its faithful reproduction in mustard yellow with the starting number 43 on the Carrera racetrack. Equipped with front and rear lights, it closely resembles its original. With a separate digital decoder, the Carrera car can also be converted to digital.
